What do I need to submit?

Send your film link along with athlete details including name, position, class year, school, and contact information.

What if I don’t have Hudl?

No problem. Google Drive, YouTube, or any shareable link works.

How much film should I send?

Send your best available game film. More reps help us see patterns, not just highlights.

Which evaluation should I choose?

Quick Snapshot is best for fast clarity. Standard and Premium provide deeper evaluation, development insight, and visibility guidance.

Every evaluation is completed directly by Kyle.

Evaluations focus on what consistently translates on tape including movement, positioning, reactions, effort, decision-making, and overall play style.

Do you only watch highlights?

No. Full game film is strongly encouraged whenever possible to better evaluate consistency, effort, reactions, and overall performance.

How long does the process take?

Most evaluations are completed within 3–5 business days depending on workload and film volume.

What positions do you evaluate?

SAS evaluates athletes across multiple football positions with film-based breakdowns tailored to position-specific responsibilities and traits.

VISIBILITY & SHARING

Will colleges be contacted directly?

No. SAS is not a recruiting or placement service. We provide evaluation, visibility guidance, and educational direction to help athletes present themselves more effectively.

Can I share my evaluation publicly?

Yes. Families and athletes are encouraged to share spotlight graphics and evaluations on social media.

What is included in the visibility guidance?

Visibility guidance helps athletes understand how to present film professionally, communicate more effectively, and improve overall social media visibility.

Parent Questions

Is parent or guardian approval required?

Yes. Parent or guardian approval is required before evaluations and athlete-related materials are completed.

Can parents be included in communication?

Absolutely. Families are encouraged to stay involved throughout the evaluation process.

What if my athlete is unsure where they currently stand?

That’s exactly what the evaluation is designed to help with. The goal is to provide honest feedback, clear direction, and a better understanding of how the athlete currently translates on tape.
